Healthy Made Easy with Strong Roots
As a mom, there’s nothing better than finding food products that are both healthy AND easy to make, especially food the whole family loves! Am I right? Strong Roots has an incredible line of plant-based products, designed for busy lives! Some of our favorites are the Broccoli & Purple Carrot Bites, the Cauliflower Hash Browns and the Mixed Root Vegetables Fries.
Our family is not exclusively plant-based, but any chance I can sub out meat or add in extra veggies, I’m all for it! Literally all you have to preheat the oven and put your food in. Who knew healthy could be so easy?
What I love most (besides the amazing taste) is how simple the ingredient lists are. There’s nothing worse than reading the back label on a food product and not knowing what any of the ingredients are. For example, the Broccoli & Purple Carrot Bites have only Broccoli, Crumbs [Purple Carrot, Potato, Yeast], Corn Starch, Water, Sunflower Oil, Cauliflower, Onion, Potatoes, Wheat Flour, Potato Flakes, and Salt.
I’m so excited to begin exploring different menu options with the Strong Roots products! We kept it pretty basic the first time - making yummy burgers with the Beetroot & Bean Burger and the Pumpkin & Spinach Burger patties.
