Slider Bar with Bubbies Pickles

Just a few weeks left of summer which means it’s time to soak up every last moment in the sun! Our family loves to spend our free time near the pool. We love going to the beach too, but there’s something about not having to fight the crowds and being able to grill your favorite foods right at home that makes me choose the pool over a beach day more often than not. We recently made a delicious slider board… talk about the perfect poolside lunch on a hot day!
Making a burger/slider bar is such a fun way to serve up some tasty burgers with endless topping options. I love serving burgers this way because everyone gets what they want and can create their perfect burger. Everyone in our family has their own idea of what the “perfect” burger or slider looks like, but we can ALL agree on one topping and that’s pickles! But not just any pickles, we love the Bubbies Pickles Bread & Butter Chips.
If you’re a sweet pickle fan, Bubbies Pickles are a must-try. Our family is obsessed, and we literally fight over the last pickle in the jar! The Bread & Butter Chips add the perfect amount of crunch and sweetness to your burger, or really any dish you’re serving.
Beyond pickles, our slider bar had all of the classics: buns, burgers, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, ketchup and mustard. To make your own burger board at home just grab some buns, grill your favorite burger or slider patties and then add unlimited toppings to any charcuterie, serving or cutting board you have! I love to serve food this way for two reasons. The first is that you can add so many options and provide such a wide variety of foods/toppings to your guests. The second reason is that they’re pretty! We all know we eat with our eyes first, and serving up a work of art that tastes good too will surely impress any guests you might have.
